Breed Overview Information :The Norfolk Terrier came from England. In the working group, they are one of the smallest Terriers. This dog breed does not show its nervous side. It is popularly known as loveable dog. There is a relation between the Norwich Terrier and the Norfolk Terrier but their difference lies on the shape of their ears.
Breed Character Information :The Norfolk Terrier is hard working. They are curious and fear nothing. However, this dog breed does not easily quarrel or aggressive. They are confident in bringing themselves and loyal to their masters.
Breed Coat Information : 

The weatherproof coat of the Norfolk Terrier serves as its protection but its appearance is harsh and wiry. The texture of its undercoat is soft and its colors are red. Tan, black and wheaten. This curious puppy is non-shedding.   

Breed Temperament Information :The Norfolk Terriers are not quarrelsome. They are brave and friendly and perform well in every activity that they are doing. Unlike the Newfoundland, these small dogs can be trained easily and are good to children. They will continually bark if they are left alone outside. They treat other pets very well but are often jealous. Norfolk Terrier also jog at short distances.

The Norfolk Terrier does not naturally shed their coat. Professional grooming for this breed is important too so that it will have a new weatherproof coat. Just like the Newfoundland breed, Norfolk Terrier is prone to heart disease as well as eye complications.

Breed Training Information :  The training for Norfolk terrier is very difficult to do especially when it is done at home. It is suggested that you do Crate training for this dog breed. They are very obedient that is why they easily learn techniques.  They also perform different tricks and are very active as well.
