| Breed Overview Information : | The Mudi is a rare breed that originated in Hungary. They are usually utilized as herders, guard dogs and hunting companions. They are also excellent rescue dogs. Like other dog breeds, Mudis are very protective of their family and property. They are wary of strangers but will not show aggression unless it senses danger. It does well with animals and people it has been raised with as a puppy. Though very rare and hard to find, those fortunate enough to have obtained a Mudi are very pleased with it and find it incomparable to other dog breeds due to its many talents. |
